Can you handle multiple properties?

Absolutely. We work with production builders on volume projects and can handle multiple properties simultaneously.

Our systems-driven approach ensures consistent quality across all your homes, whether you need us for 2 homes or 20. Contact us to discuss your specific volume needs and scheduling.

What areas do you serve?

We serve production builders throughout the Triangle Area: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest, and Garner.

Projects outside these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your location and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your project.

Do you work weekends?

Yes! Weekend availability is one of our key differentiators. We primarily schedule cleaning services on Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weeknight availability.

This means we're available when your site is quiet and when other contractors might not be—giving you flexibility that most cleaning companies can't match.

What products do you use?

We exclusively use non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for new construction and won't leave harsh chemical residues.

Our cleaning solutions meet green building standards and are safe for homes with sensitive buyers or warranty requirements. We bring all our own equipment and supplies to every job.

Scheduling & Availability

How quickly can you respond to rush requests?

We schedule cleaning services 5-7 days in advance to ensure quality and availability. For true emergencies (last-minute inspections, urgent closing needs), we'll do our best to accommodate if we have availability.

For the most reliable service, contact us as soon as you know your cleaning timeline. Our weekend availability gives us flexibility that most cleaning companies can't match.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 5-7 days in advance to ensure availability. For production builders with multiple properties, we can work with you to establish recurring schedules that match your construction cadence.

The earlier you contact us, the more flexibility we have to accommodate your preferred dates—especially during peak construction season.

What if my construction timeline shifts?

We get it—construction timelines change. Just give us as much notice as possible, and we'll adjust your schedule accordingly.

If your timeline moves up and we can't accommodate the new date, we'll work with you to find the next available slot. If your timeline gets delayed, we'll simply reschedule with no penalties.

We're flexible because we know your schedule isn't always in your control.

Pricing & Business Details

How do you price your services?

Pricing is based on square footage, scope of work, and which cleaning phase(s) you need. We offer three standalone services:

  • Punchy Prep (Rough Clean) - Post-construction debris removal

  • Punchy Polish (Final Clean) - Move-in ready deep cleaning

  • Punchy Perfection (Touch-Up) - Pre-closing final details

Plus our Premium Package bundles all three phases and saves you 15%.

Do you provide certificates of insurance?

Yes. We carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and we can provide certificates of insurance (COI) for any project.

We typically email COIs within 24 hours of request. If you need us added as an additional insured on a specific project, just let us know—we handle this regularly for production builders.

What information do you need for a quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we need:

  • Property address and square footage

  • Which service(s) you need (Prep, Polish, Perfection, or Premium Package)

  • Preferred completion date

  • Any specific areas needing extra attention

  • Whether this is for a single home or multiple properties

Once we have these details, we'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

What happens after I request a quote?

Here's our process:

1. Request a Quote - Contact us with your project details. We'll respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote.

2. Schedule Your Clean - We book 5-7 days in advance. We'll confirm your date and send a reminder 24 hours before.

3. We Show Up Ready - Our team arrives on time with all equipment, ready to deliver knockout clean results.

4. Quality Walkthrough - Before we leave, we do a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets our standards.

5. Pass Inspection - Your home passes walkthrough without callbacks. Move-in ready, every time.
